● 下記のエクセルファイルにご記入いただき、下記の申し込みアドレス宛に添付ファイルで送信下さい。
　Please fill out the Excel file below and send it as an attached file to the secretatiat address (below).
● ファイル名は、「PI-2019_お名前_ご所属.xls」でお願いします。 (日本語版)
　Please change the File name as "PI-2019_Name_Affliation.xls" (English)
● 同じご所属（研究室）の方は，できるだけ一つのファイルにおまとめ下さい．
● お申し込み頂いた内容は個人情報保護に留意し，本会議の登録、本研究会からのご案内、会議録の送付のみに使用し、当該目的以外には使用しません。The contents of the application will be used for personal information protection, registration of the plenary session, guidance from the study group, and sending of the minutes only, and will not be used for any other purpose.

Abstract submission for Lectures and Poster Presentations (Due date: 18th Oct. 2019 (Fri))

●「招待講演」と「研究ポスター発表」される方は要旨の作成をお願いします。
　If you will give invited/requested lecture or poster presentaition, please make an abstract.
●「会社/技術/製品紹介ポスターの発表」については要旨作成を必須としませんが、会社/技術/製品紹介を予稿集に掲載できます ので，ぜひご検討下さい。

要旨作成要領 Preparation for Preprint Manuscript

● 要旨は下記のテンプレートを使用し「MS-Word」と「PDF」に変換した両ファイルを下記メールアドレスに添付にて送付下さい。
　Please prepare a Preprint using the template below and send both of xxx.doc and xxx.pdf files as attached to the secretatiat address (below).
● ファイル名は「PI-2019_お名前_ご所属.doc」でお願いします。
　Please change the File name as "PI-2019_Name_Affliation.doc" (English)
● サイズはＡ４版、枚数は１枚とします。
● マージン（上：25 mm、下：25 mm、右：25 mm、左：25mm）の枠内に記入して下さい。
● 発表題目 (中央揃え･12ポイント)，所属 / 氏名（発表者に〇）を記載頂き、本文を含め10ポイントのフォントをお使い下さい。
● 本文は日本または英文で「緒言、実験、結果・考察、参考文献」の順を目安に作成して頂き、フッターは 英文で「タイトル/著者 (所属、連絡先)/Tel: Fax: E-mail: 」の順で作成し、発表者名に下線を入れてください。
● 上記とひな形(ファイル)のフォーマットが異なる場合は，ひな形を優先して下さい。
● 同じご所属（研究室）の方は，できるだけ一つのメールに複数のファイルを添付してお送り下さい．
